The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing a health condition of rainbow trouts. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for detecting abnormality of rainbow trouts from an inspection result value, such as hypoxic stress, water temperature stress, and excessive feed stress. The method can accurately analyze a current state of rainbow trouts by enabling customized diagnose on various stress factors of rainbow trouts to be performed, and can preemptively prevent massive death or growth imbalance expected in the future. Furthermore, a data analysis suggested in the present invention has a disadvantage in that complicated statistical calculation should be preceded because a complex relationship between a change pattern of blood biochemical factors and various blood biochemical factors according to the growth of rainbow trouts is considered. In order to rapidly and easily apply such a feature, there is a desire to manufacture and provide a program for evaluating the health condition of rainbow trouts.
