Disclosed is a device for monitoring and correcting 3D layered machining in real time and a method for the same, which can enhance quality of a 3D layered structure, construct a molding condition database, and enhance productivity. The device can enhance quality of a structure without additional defect inspection through a feedback control by judging defect in real time when a 3D layered machining device using metal as a material manufactures the structure. The device for monitoring and correcting 3D layered machining in real time has a function to measure a signal of a melt pool in order to determine whether there is a defect or not, a function to excite resonant frequencies of products by stages, a function to calculate the resonant frequencies of the products by stages through finite element analysis, a function to calculate the resonant frequencies and damping coefficients by analyzing collected signals, a function to compare and analyze reference data and measured data, and a function to store data by stages.
