The present invention relates to a maxillary bone and facial bone extending apparatus. The maxillary bone and facial bone extending apparatus is fixed on the palate to extend the maxillary bone located at inside of the palate to left and right sides so that the facial bone can be easily extended, and a pair of guide bars are provided so that a pair of main body units evenly moves to the left and right sides.
