System and Method for automatically recommend to register Advertisement for Job Opportunity based on Analasys of Job Offering Pattern of Companies

A job advertisement system that provides a service of posting a job offer of a job offerer on the Web so that a job seeker can view the job offer advertisement is disclosed. The collecting unit collects search information about a job seeker inputting from a job seeker terminal or another job seeker, and item information which is the contents of an individual item included in a resume of a job seeker searched according to search information or a job offer of another job offerer. The derivation unit analyzes the search information and the item information to derive the input information, which is the content of each item to be input in the job advertisement to be created by the candidate terminal. The creating unit creates a job advertisement including the derived input information. It is possible to recommend a job advertisement that actively reflects the actual requirements of the company at the present time through analyzing the job seeking behavior pattern of the company.
