The present invention relates to a city research/analysis service providing system including a city research/analysis database building server, capable of simulating environmental changes on a city planning surface. According to the present invention, the city research/analysis database building server comprises: a database including a unit area data structure storing time-series data of each unit area dividing an area to be managed based on an altitude and a latitude; and a database building server receiving data for city research/analysis from an external data providing server and analyzing the received data to build a database. Moreover, the database building server comprises: a city research item collection means to collect external data required for the city research/analysis from the external data providing server; a city research item mapping means to extract periodic data for city research/analysis items about the unit area from the collected external data and map the extracted periodic data for the city research/analysis items about the unit area to the database; and a basic item analysis means to map geological ID information about each unit area and basic information for the city research/analysis about the unit area by each unit area data structure.
