One embodiment of the present invention provides a children cap for supporting crossing a road, comprising: a communication interface which supports a communication among an automatic lighting device placed adjacent to a crosswalk, a bollard device and a children cap; a memory which stores a predetermined voice data; a display which is placed in a crown area of the children cap to expose at least a part thereof to the outside; at least one speaker which outputs the predetermined voice data; and a processor which is electrically connected to the communication interface, the memory, the display and the at least one speaker. The processor is as follows: receiving a beacon signal transmitted from a beacon device mounted on the automatic lighting device through the communication interface; corresponding to the received beacon signal and transmitting a driving signal to the display in order to make the display emit light by a predetermined display effect; determining whether to cross the road or not on the basis of state information of the automatic lighting device contained in the beacon signal; when the state of the automatic lighting device is determined not to cross, outputting the predetermined voice data through the at least one speaker; and transmitting a signal related to shutting of a blocking bar contained in the bollard device to the bollard device. Various embodiments may be provided through the specification. Accordingly, the present invention guides children to cross the road safely and makes a driver recognize the existence of children.
