The present invention relates to a fire door manufactured by coupling each corner portion of the fire door manufactured by using a seaming machine, a side surface portion of the fire door, and upper and lower surface portions, and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising: a step of preparing a form; a step of injecting molten metal; a step of applying the location and current of a solenoid portion; a step of cooling the form; a step of removing the form; a step of seaming; a step of coating a connection portion; and a step of coupling and welding. In addition, the fire door is manufactured by the manufacturing method of the fire door, and more includes a packing member within a coupling part of the corner portion and the upper and lower surface portions, thereby providing a strong fire door with improved air tightness.
