A method of manufacturing fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites is provided. The method of manufacturing fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites includes a step of preparing a suspension in which metal carbide powder, an organic binder and a solvent are mixed, a step of applying the suspension to carbon-based fiber and attaching the metal carbide to the carbon-based fiber, a step of molding the carbon-based fiber having the metal carbide in a predetermined shape to produce a fibrous body, a step of impregnating the fibrous body with a liquid polymer resin, and a step of melting metal to penetrate the inside of the fibrous body. Accordingly, it is possible to provide fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites having improved mechanical properties at high temperature.
