The present invention provides a small caliber composite pile wall for a section close to an adjacent building using small boring equipment and a construction method thereof, to form a wall, in which a composite pile capable of supporting soil pressure applied thereto is installed, in a section close to an adjacent building. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the construction method comprises: a step (a) of using small boring equipment to perform boring operation in a position within a minimum separation distance of 30 cm from an adjacent building while maintaining a hollow wall by a steel pile; a step (b) of moving the boring equipment while remaining the steel pile and embedding a reinforcement material with a small specification in the steel pile; a step (c) of injecting mortar into the steel pile and curing the same to increase strength by a composite cross section so as to form a composite pile capable of bearing applied soil pressure; a step (d) of depositing cap concrete on the top of the composite pile, installing an intermediate pile, and performing rear water cutoff grouting on a rear surface side between the composite piles to prevent leachate from flowing in an excavation area; and a step (e) of performing underground excavation up to a target excavation depth step by step, and installing a wale and a support material in each step.
