The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a double layered asymmetric composite material sheet which is easily attached to other materials, and a double layered asymmetric composite material sheet manufactured by the method. According to the method of the present invention, a carrier film, a matrix resin coating layer, and a reinforcing fiber layer are sequentially stacked from the bottom to the top and then, are heated and pressurized such that a double layered asymmetric composite material sheet is formed.
