Disclosed are: a topological quantum framework embedded in a nanoparticulate structure having a porous structure which comprises a plurality of one-dimensional nanostructures arranged in different directions and connected to each other, wherein the one-dimensional nanostructures comprises a first composition containing a metal/metalloid capable of occluding and releasing lithium, and lithium; a composite anode active material; an anode; a lithium battery; a semiconductor; a device comprising the same; and a method for manufacturing the topological quantum framework embedded in the nanoparticulate structure. According to an aspect, by comprising the composite anode active material which comprises the topological quantum framework embedded in the nanoparticulate structure, it is possible to improve the life properties and charging/discharging efficiency of the lithium battery.
