The present invention relates to a control method of a multi-heat pump system using multiple heat sources, which allows conversion of an air heat source cooling operation and a simultaneous operation of water heat source cooling and heating without using a four-way valve. More particularly, the present invention relates to the control method of the multi-heat pump system using multiple heat sources with an air heat source cooling operation and a simultaneous operation of water heat source cooling and heating, which includes two compressors of a water cooling compressor and an air cooling compressor in a single device, wherein the two compressors are connected to a plurality of first and second valves through branch pipes so that a water cooling and air cooling operation, a cooling/heating simultaneous operation and a cooling single operation may be selectively converted and driven without using a four-way valve and even without stopping a compressor at a low compression ratio. Even the apparatus is driven and converted, the apparatus can be continuously driven by saving a period of time, for which a product is switched on and off, and driving efficiency can be increased.
