The present invention relates to a liquid drug supply unit fixing holder for a sap set, and more specifically, to a fixing holder for preventing the release of a liquid drug supply unit coupled to the sap set. The liquid drug supply unit fixing holder for the sap set includes: a first surface having a first Y-shaped mount groove formed on a surface to have a semicircular cross-section; and a second surface connected to the upper end of the first surface and having a second Y-shaped mount groove formed at one surface while having a semicircular cross-section on a position symmetrical to the first mount groove around an upper end of the first surface. The second surface can overlap with the first surface with respect to the upper end of the first surface. An area of the sap set can be mounted onto the first mount groove and overlap the second surface in order to allow the first mount groove and the second mount groove to surround a part of the drug liquid supply unit and the sap set, thereby preventing the release of the liquid drug supply unit.
