The present invention relates to a paint composition for coating a protrusion, a method for manufacturing a protrusion-coated steel pipe using the same and a protrusion-coated steel pipe manufactured by the method, and more particularly, the paint composition contains a powder material for a base layer and a powder material for a protrusion, wherein the melting point of the powder material for the base layer is lower than a melting point of the protrusion powder material by 20 to 150C. According to the coating composition for coating the protrusion, the method for manufacturing the protrusion-coated steel pipe using the same and the protrusion-coated steel pipe manufactured by the method of the present invention, there are effects of reducing pumping energy and fatigue of the steel pipe by smoothly flowing a fluid in the steel pipe while having excellent physical properties.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
