The present invention relates to an apartment assembly for cultivating marine organisms to form a marine eco-village using a slender structure. The apartment assembly for cultivating marine organisms includes: an apartment main body including multiple flat plates vertically installed, a wire frame becoming a cultivation structure for seaweed by implanting the seaweed while enclosing the outside of the multiple flat plates, and a middle frame supporting or fixing each of the multiple flat plates by being connected to the wire frame, to include a space and an area where the seaweed, fish, and shellfish can live; at least a buoyant member connected to the upper part of the apartment main body and forming buoyancy in the apartment main body installed under the water; a holding line connected to the lower part of the apartment main body through the sea bottom and holding the apartment main body; and a monitoring buoy connected to the holding line and collecting marine information including water temperature and salt concentration in real time by floating on the sea surface. The apartment assembly for cultivating marine organisms can create a base of plentiful and various marine ecosystems.
