The present invention relates to a disturbance compensation control system of an induction motor and a method for controlling disturbance compensation. Provided is the disturbance compensation control system of an induction motor comprising: a nominal model generation unit which generates an induction motor nominal model based on a nominal parameter of the induction motor; a control input generation unit which generates control input corresponding to a control command; a modeling difference comparison unit which compares the modeling differences between the actual parameters of an induction motor, operating in accordance with the control input of the control input generation unit, and the nominal parameters of the induction motor nominal model; a function definition unit which defines a function, which includes the compared modeling difference and control input of the control input generation unit and is defined in accordance with time; a disturbance estimation unit which estimates disturbance by calculating the difference between a current state change rate of the induction motor and a time-delayed state change rate based on the function defined by the function definition unit; a disturbance removal unit which calculates control input for removing the estimated disturbance; and a control input output unit which compensates for the disturbance by summing the control input for removing the calculated disturbance by the disturbance removal unit and the control input generated by the control input generation unit and outputting the summed control input as the final control input. The present invention is to provide the disturbance compensation control system of an induction motor which can estimate a disturbance in real time while the induction motor is operating and can compensate for the disturbance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
