Systems and methods for creating facing faces for board products with strategically placed scores

A system and method for manufacturing a board product made from a paper product having a priscored opposing face in addition to the medium (sometimes referred to as fluting). Conventional corrugated board can feature one or more opposing faces and crossed corrugated media that do not have a score line to be imprinted (at least before assembly with corrugated media). These conventional board products can be inferior because any impressioned score line will damage the corrugated media of the lower layer in some way. If the strength of the lower layer medium is lowered, the precision of the scoring, cutting and folding of the final board product will deteriorate. A lack of precision in folding board products can cause gap fluctuations and fishtailing because any refraction part of the board product can not maintain the exact plane of refraction when it is folded.
