The present invention provides a psychology monitoring system using virtual reality and a psychotherapy system using the same. The psychology monitoring system using virtual reality comprises: a vital sign measurement unit (100) measuring a vital sign of a user watching a virtual reality environment; a transmission unit (200) transmitting the vital sign measured by the vital sign measurement unit; a reception unit (300) receiving the transmitted vital sign through the transmission unit; a psychology state determination unit (400) determining a psychology state of the user in accordance with the vital sign received by the reception unit; and a first display control unit (500) firstly changing the vital reality environment in accordance with the psychology state determined by the psychology state determination unit (400).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
