Disclosed are a miniaturized ultra wide band antenna including multiple notches, a design method thereof, and a wireless communication device having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ultra wide band antenna comprises: a base member; a radiator formed on one surface of the base member and provided to transceive a signal in an ultra wide band (UWB); and a notch filter provided to remove a part of the radiator and provided to form multiple notch bands in the UWB band wherein the notch filter includes a plurality of complimentary split ring resonators (CSRR) in which a part of the radiator is removed and provided in the radiator and which are separated each other.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
