Disclosed in the present invention is an eye patch for dark circle alleviation, comprising: 25-30 parts by weight of dandelion; 20-30 parts by weight of violet; 6-8 parts by weight of lotus stamen ; 6-8 parts by weight of Flos Farfarae; 6-8 parts by weight of Pueraria lobata; and 2-4 parts by weight of flour. A method for preparing the eye patch comprises the steps of: combining all of the ingredients in the aforementioned ratios, and crushing the same to produce paste; evenly applying the paste onto a facial mask until the thickness of the applied paste is in the range of 0.5-1 mm; and drying the facial mask with air to produce an eye patch for dark circle alleviation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
