A miRNA-mRNA association degree analysis method comprises the steps of: generating sample data including expression data of a plurality of miRNAs and expression data of a plurality of mRNAs, by a computer device; generating a plurality of first association degree models for at least one of the plurality of miRNAs and the plurality of mRNAs, by the computer device; and generating a second association degree model by integrating the plurality of first association degree models, by the computer device.
