According to the present invention, disclosed is an earphone for preventing an external risk, which includes a sensor and a speaker outside and inside a basic earphone, respectively. The sensor for recognizing that a vehicle approaches is disposed out of the earphone and the speaker transferring the recognized sound to an ear is disposed in the earphone so that the external risk is prevented when a user crosses a road while wearing the earphone on the ear.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
