The present invention relates to directionally clustered nanostructures of anisotropic acorn-type bimetal nanoparticles, a method for manufacturing the same, and a surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-based target substance detection method using the same. The nanostructures of the present invention can be applied as a metal nanoprobe for measuring SERS image.
