The present invention relates to a photovoltaic power generation inverter having heat dissipation and grounding functions (a high-voltage distribution board, a low-voltage distribution board, a distribution board, a motor control board, a photovoltaic connection board, and an ESS), which maximizes a heat dissipation effect by forming a roof disposed on an upper end of a case after attaching or applying a carbon nanomaterial to an aluminum heat dissipation plate while discharging, into the ground, surge current or lightning current through a carbon nano ground. The photovoltaic power generation inverter comprises: an inverter enclosure mounted in an internal space and having various electric units embedded therein to receive, convert and output power produced from external sunlight; a heat dissipation plate provided on an upper end of the inverter enclosure, having a heat dissipation material formed on the surface thereof, and formed in an uneven structure; a carbon nano ground plate connected to the heat dissipation plate on one side surface of the inverter enclosure to discharge surge current or lightning current into the ground; and a vent formed on one side surface of the inverter enclosure.
