The present invention relates to a tetrapod safety structure, including: a fixing unit which is formed in a bar shape and in which one end is inserted into a tetrapod body to be fixed thereto and the other end is formed with a ring; a net unit in which an edge portion is fixed between the fixing units installed on each of the tetrapods to be formed in a net shape; and a connecting unit connecting a horizontal line and a vertical line of the net, wherein the net is formed by continuous connection of rectangular and oval rings. The connecting unit is formed in a circular ring, and four rectangular rings are fastened to the connecting unit.
