The present invention relates to a method for maintaining security of data even when analyzing the corresponding data and, more specifically, to a method which converts data to be analyzed while maintaining properties of the corresponding data before analyzing the data, and then analyzes the data to maintain security of data and perform efficient data analysis. More specifically, the data security maintenance method for data analysis application comprises: a data selection step of selecting data to be analyzed in a connected database management system (DBMS); a data request step of requesting the data to be analyzed; a data conversion step of using prescribed conversion methods to convert the data to be analyzed; a data analysis step of analyzing the converted data to be analyzed; an error comparison step of comparing errors of analysis for each conversion method; a trade-off step of determining a degree of analysis accuracy and a degree of data security; and a data providing step of providing analysis results of the data to be analyzed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
