The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a customized breast implant, which scans a user′s body in three-dimension (3D) to apply the same density, shape and volume as that of real breast so as to realize the same weight; a manufacturing system performing the same; a computer program and a computer-readable recording medium thereof; a customized breast implant manufactured thereby; and a customized correction brassiere to insert the same thereinto. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a customized breast implant comprises the steps of: scanning a user′s body in 3D; acquiring shape, volume, and weight data of a cut breast portion; selecting a material of a breast implant; and designing a customized breast implant with the same shape, volume, and weight as that of the customer breast portion with the selected breast implant material.
