The present invention relates to a rebar corrosion repair method for a rebar concrete structure. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a surface arrangement step of arranging a peel-off part of concrete and removing foreign matters including rust formed on a rebar; a coating formation step of coating a corrosion inhibitor on the rebar to form a film; an anticorrosion formation step of placing paste on the concrete; a cross section recovery step of placing a cross-section recovery material on a surface of the paste to fill a cross-section and fix harmful ions; a cross section coating step of placing a surface coating material on a surface of the cross section recovery material to fix harmful ions; and a finishing step of placing a finishing material on a surface of the surface coating material. Accordingly, an anticorrosive surface coating material and an amine-based corrosion inhibitor are placed on a peel-off part of concrete to fix chlorine ion such that a deterioration factor of the concrete can be removed, thereby preventing durability degradation caused by carbonization and salt pollution.
