An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for applying a high-order delta-sigma modulator to a compressive sensing image sensor. The method comprises the steps of: selecting a series of pixel groups in an image sensor based on a measurement matrix in an array; deriving a solution to a partitioning problem to determine an order in which an individual pixel in the selected group is input to a delta-sigma modulator and applying the solution to derive a sampling order; and performing oversampling according to the sampling order derived by using a partitioning algorithm. Therefore, the sampling speed can be increased by using a high-order delta-sigma modulator.
