The present invention relates to an enzyme composition for glucose metabolism regulation and, more specifically, to an enzyme composition for glucose metabolism regulation, which comprise: one or more enzymes selected from the group consisting of glucoamylase, sucrase, and lactase; glucose oxidase; and transglucosidase. The enzyme composition for glucose metabolism regulation of the present invention can regulate absorption of glucose inside the body through conversion of carbohydrates in the food in stomach, etc., to sugars in the forms that do not get absorbed, before broken down to glucose by various enzymatic actions of maltase, sucrase, lactase, etc. in small intestines and get absorbed. The present invention may be extremely useful to individuals who need to control carbohydrate intake due to obesity or those who need to control blood sugar levels due to the risk of hyperglycemia or diabetes.
