Disclosed are a random number generator generating a random number by using at least two algorithms and a security device including the same. According to the present disclosure, the random number generator comprises: a random seed generator for receiving an entropy signal and outputting a random seed generated by using the entropy signal; and a post processor for generating a random number from the random seed by using a first algorithm and a second algorithm.
