The present invention relates to a system and a method for blocking false real estate for sale and improving reliability of information of real estate for sale. Mobile services connecting online and offline are expanded as smartphones become popular, and real estate brokerage applications providing mobile services in real estate brokerage services are receiving positive response in the market. A mobile brokerage application can access real estate for sale desired by a lessee within a short period of time without limitations on space and time. However, a mobile real estate brokerage service has revealed problems of false real estate for sale as competition becomes intense. The present invention provides a new system and method for blocking such false real estate for sale and improving reliability of information of real estate for sale.
