The present invention relates to a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NBC241 strain (accession number: KCTC13359BP). More specifically, the present invention relates to a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NBC241 strain having an antifungal activity against pathogenic fungi generated when an insect is raised, and a composition comprising a culture medium of the strain as an active ingredient. In particular, the present invention has an antifungal effect against white muscardine and green muscardine of larvae of Cetoniinae, and thus can be effectively used for controlling diseases in breeding Cetoniinae sp.
