Disclosed are a slip data management system and a method thereof which can support a plurality of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAPs). According to an aspect of the present invention, the slip data management system for supporting multiple GAAPs comprises: a GAAP information management module to manage GAAP information corresponding to a plurality of GAAPs, wherein any one among the plurality of GAAPs is a basic GAAP, the remaining GAAPs other than the basic GAAP among the plurality of GAAPs are at least one selection GAAP, and the GAAP information includes account title information to be used by a corresponding GAAP; a slip data acquisition module to acquire a plurality of slip data; a slip data storage module to generate at least one slip record corresponding to the acquired slip data for the plurality of slip data to store the slip record in a prescribed slip database; and a slip data extraction module to extract a slip record used by a prescribed target GAAP among slip records stored in the slip database.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
