The present invention relates to a CsPbBr_3/PbSe nano-composite and a method for synthesizing the same. The complex according to the present invention protects CsPbBr_3 quantum dots by PbSe and maintains a crystal structure of CsPbBr_3 after a process of heating for a long time by having a structure in which PbSe components are distributed on an outer periphery of the CsPbBr_3 quantum dots. In addition, a perovskite material is protected from self-expansion during the reaction of an optoelectronic device including the composite to improve stability.
