Disclosed is an apparatus for removing dew condensation from observation windows, comprising: a jig which includes the observation windows for observing a low-temperature sample, and a flow path which supplies anhydrous gas with no moisture to the observation windows; a tank which stores anhydrous gas; and a supply unit which opens a valve of the tank to supply the anhydrous gas stored in the tank to the flow path of the observation windows and to remove dew condensed on the observation windows. Accordingly, the present invention is able to supply anhydrous gas to the flow path of the observation windows, to remove the dew on the observation windows, to place the observation windows on the low-temperature sample placed on a floor on the jig, to form a flow path space around an internal surface and an external surface of the observation windows, and to have a plurality of flow path passages which spray and discharge the anhydrous gas into the flow path space. A gas spray flow path on an external side of the observation windows may comprise a triangular flow path shape which becomes horizontally broader with a certain angle to allow the anhydrous gas to come in contact with a surface of the observation windows. The supply unit is able to constantly supply the anhydrous gas to the observation windows from a point of time when the low-temperature sample is mounted on the jig until the observation is ended. The supply unit is able to supply the anhydrous gas from a certain time earlier than the point of time when the low-temperature sample is observed, to supply the anhydrous gas until the observation is ended, to, when dew condensed on the observation windows is detected, open the valve of the tank, to supply the anhydrous gas stored in the tank to the flow path of the observation windows, and to remove the dew condensed on the observation windows.
