An embodiment of the present invention relates to a digital information inheritance method executed by a server, which comprises the following steps: notifying digital information to be inherited, designated heir information, and digital information browsing condition input to the user terminal; receiving the digital information to be inherited and the browsing conditions from the user terminal by a predetermined number; verifying whether the received digital information is digital information intended to be inherited to the heir designated by a user; sealing the digital information so that the digital information corresponding to satisfied information browsing condition can be viewed by the designated heir when a predetermined number of information browsing conditions are satisfied among the N information browsing conditions at the time when the designated heir requests to view the digital information; mapping the sealed digital information, the user information, the heir information, and the information browsing conditions, and storing the mapped information in a storage medium; notifying the designated heir of designation of the heir for the digital information; and privately processing partial personal information of the designated heir information and information on a person who leaves a legacy, and transmitting, to a browsable public server, information in which the privately processed part is configured to be browsed at the time of confirmation of the death of the person who leaves the legacy. Thus, the digital information is safely and conveniently transmitted to the viewer of the predetermined information according to the predetermined condition.
