Disclosed is a method for estimating a blood pressure of a white gown influence overcoming type using measurement of a biosignal of an autonomic nervous system in a stable state. The method of the present invention comprises: a stable state measuring step of simultaneously measuring a biosignal of an autonomic nervous system and a blood pressure in a stable state of a subject; a sympathetic sthenia measuring step of simultaneously measuring the blood pressure and the biosignal of the autonomic nervous system in a sympathetic nervous system sthenia state of the subject; a prediction modelization step of deriving a prediction model of a stable state blood pressure in accordance with a change in the autonomic nervous system on the basis of a measurement value of the stable state measuring step and the sympathetic sthenia measuring step; and an estimation step of simultaneously measuring the blood pressure and the biosignal of the autonomic nervous system in the front of a white gown to apply the same to the prediction model, and estimating the stable state blood pressure which is not affected by the white gown. Accordingly, even if the blood pressure is increased in the front of the white gown in a hospital, the biosignal of the autonomic nervous system is simultaneously measured with the blood pressure to estimate the stable state blood pressure so as to provide the blood pressure which is not affected by the white gown, thereby preventing the risk of a drug abuse in case that the blood pressure is increased in the front of the white gown and is overdiagnosed as a high blood pressure. In addition, the risk such as an organ damage can be prevented in case that the blood pressure is not increased even in the front of the white gown and is underestimated but is an actual high blood pressure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
