The present invention relates to a genome analysis method using next-generation sequencing data. In the genome analysis method using a genome analysis device according to the present invention, the genome analysis method comprises: a step of receiving compressed genome data corresponding to a unique number entered from a user; a step of generating pre-processed genome data by generating sequencing analysis data using the compressed genome data and then removing some data matching predetermined conditions according to a library format of the sequencing analysis data; a step of selecting a pre-stored data analysis technique corresponding to the pre-processed genome data; and a step of analyzing the pre-processed genome data according to the selected data analysis technique. According to the present invention, through the development of automated pipelines that can be easily and simply used by general researchers, difficulties in research on life phenomena can be solved, and next-generation sequencing can be quickly and easily analyzed. Therefore, not only a unique analysis system can be constructed, but also the efficiency of existing genome diagnostic research can be increased.
