The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for evaluating indoor thermal environment using a thermal camera. As described above, according to the present invention, the indoor thermal environment can be evaluated by predicting and monitoring the MRT at each point of the large space building in real time using an infrared thermal camera, thereby efficiently controlling cooling and heating facilities in the large space building.
