According to the present invention, as the machine learning and deep learning of CNN & Kohonen Neural Network are used, requirements of a seller and a purchaser, which are expressed in a natural language including text, words, and symbols and relative data satisfying the requirements are analyzed and matched with sale condition information and purchase condition information regardless of time and space through analysis using machine learning, negotiations for drawing similar information and the report of outputting the drawn similar information, and then, the matched condition information is transmitted to a user terminal to prevent the output of necessary information. Therefore, since information demanded by a user is quickly, easily and accurately obtained, the present invention is capable of solving inconvenience in which the user has to spend much time for classification and confirmation because a large amount of information including even unnecessary information has to be outputted in accordance with an existing simple word matching method.
