The present invention relates to a metal surface coating method for increasing anticorrosive/antifouling performances of marine equipment, which comprises: a step (a) of manufacturing a coating solution including a metal oxide nanoparticle with a hydrophobic surface; a step (b) of spray-coating an adhesive on a metal substrate to form an adhesive coating layer; and a step (c) of spray-coating the coating solution manufactured in the step (a) on the adhesive coating layer. According to the present invention, the adhesive coating layer and an anticorrosive/antifouling coating layer containing low priced metal oxide such as TiO_2 and the like are sequentially formed on marine equipment through spray coating, thereby forming a large area of a surface with excellent anticorrosive/antifouling properties, durability, and reliability in a shorter time than that of a conventional method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
