MANUFACTURE OF COMPOSITE BOARD OF AA606/AA1050/AA6061/AA1050 LAYER, USING COLD ROLLED JOINING METHOD FOR IMPROVING MECHANICAL PROPERTY OF VESSEL
The present invention relates to the manufacture of a composite board of an AA606/AA1050/AA6061/AA1050 layer, using a cold rolled joining method for improving the mechanical properties of a vessel. A 1060 group aluminum board and a 6061 group aluminum board are cold-rolled to form a lamination composite board. The lamination composite board are heat-treated. So, a board has good hardness and good formability in comparison with an existing aluminum board for a vessel. So, the manufacture of the composite board of the AA606/AA1050/AA6061/AA1050 layer can solve an existing problem of the low hardness and the low formability. In other words, according to the present invention, the aluminum board is overlapped in four layers in order of the 1050 aluminum board of the outermost side and the 6061aluminum board of the innermost side, using the 1050 aluminum board and the 6061aluminum board obtained by each heat treatment to protect the vessel from corrosion due to seawater and external impact by performing the role of an external board of the vessel. The aluminum board overlapped in the four layers of the thickness 8T is cold-rolled, and the composite board of the AA606/AA1050/AA6061/AA1050 layer is formed as a board of the thickness 1T.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
