According to an embodiment of the present invention, a wearable device comprises: a communication unit interlocked with a user terminal and receiving information on a user stored in the user terminal from the user terminal and information obtained from at least one sensor included in the user terminal; a sensor unit obtaining information on motion of the user and information on a surrounding environment; and a control unit providing an alarm to the user based on the information obtained from the communication unit and the sensor unit.
