The present invention relates to a hand wash composition using pear and lactic acid bacteria fermentation liquid and, more specifically, to a hand wash composition using pear and lactic acid bacteria fermentation liquid, in which fine dust on hands is effectively removed, and the lactic acid bacteria fermentation liquid fermented with pear juice as a food for the lactic acid bacteria so that the washed hands have antibacterial, moisturizing and soothing effects, and a cleaning composition of natural ingredients are active ingredients. The present invention is that 5 to 10 wt% of the lactic acid bacteria fermentation liquid and 90 to 95 wt% of the cleaning composition are active ingredients, wherein the lactic acid bacteria fermentation liquid inoculates and ferments the lactic acid bacteria in medium or a culture solution containing the juice of the pear isolated from the pear flesh by extracting pear to cultivate the lactic acid bacteria.
