The present invention relates to a technique for estimating the earth surface carbon dioxide flux with aerial observation data assimilation. To this end, input data is generated to be used for data assimilation by preprocessing the aerial observation data with respect to the atmosphere, the earth surface carbon dioxide flux is estimated from the atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration observation data using atmosphere inverse modeling, and a carbon dioxide model value and the observation value are reflected in the carbon dioxide analysis formula to assimilate the data by using the generated input data and an observation operator for the aerial observation data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
