A biosensor for detecting a target according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate including silicon (Si); nickel (Ni) metal formed on a silicon substrate and patterned; a first receptor in which magnetic nanoparticles and a first antibody are bound; and a second receptor to which a fluorescent substance and a second antibody are bound. An externally introduced target is combined with the first receptor and the second receptor to form a conjugate having a triple structure of the first receptor-target-second receptor, and the conjugate is captured by nickel metal and detected.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
