The present invention relates to an ubiquitous learning management system (uLMS) using a sequential probability ratio testing (SPRT) method for operating a question bank and learning for each learner level. According to the present invention, in provision of learning content for each learner level and an online test or a ubiquitous-based test (UBT), a SPRT module is provided in a user terminal to be connected to a relay server and an uLMS server, and the uLMS using the SPRT method rapidly determines a learner level through evaluations before and after learning, and on the basis thereof, e-learning content customized for the learner level is provided by using an SPRT algorithm to provide learning for each stage suitable for the capability of a learner. In addition, a test is performed by an online test and a UBT, a test question of an examinee terminal is automatically deleted after the test, and is stored in an answer learning management system server of the examinee, and grading and evaluation are performed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
