According to one aspect of the present invention, a movable dynamic loading device includes: a driving vehicle; a load roller provided on the driving vehicle and applying a dynamic load or a static load to an asphalt road; a plurality of sensor units provided on the driving vehicle and sensing a response signal; and a measuring unit controlling operation of the load roller and the sensor unit and measuring an asphalt road pavement state from the response signal.
