According to the present invention, a location information-based nanny management method comprises a step in which a kid care service provider (nanny) and a consumer (guardian) access to a server through their respective mobile communication terminals, and download and install a dedicated app for a child care service to be authenticated, and a step in which, when the child care service provider and the consumer search request signal are transmitted from the mobile communication terminal of the authenticated child care service provider, the server transmits and outputs an information of the corresponding guardian or nanny to the display unit of the guardian or nanny terminal wherein a location of the guardian or the nanny is calculated based on a GPS signal of the guardian terminal or the nanny terminal. Accordingly, the information of the nanny nearby can be promptly and accurately checked based on the location of the consumer who needs the child care service such that the nanny and the information on the nanny can be accurately and easily found.
